The present Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Privacy Policy) applies to all information about the User received by “Diamond Mining” , located on the domain www.diamondmining.cc  , while using the website of the company providing marketing and design services.

        6.2.2. To block personal data of the relevant User, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions from the moment of the User’s request or his legal representative or authorized body on the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

        7.1. The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the European Union, except as otherwise provided for in paragraphs. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of Privacy Policy.

        7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data of the User, the Site Administration is not responsible if the personal data:

        7.2.1. Became public domain before their loss or disclosure.

        7.2.2. Were received from a third party prior to their receipt by the Site Administration.

        7.2.3. Were disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

        8.1. The claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute) is compulsive before impleading to the court on disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User www.diamondmining.cc and the Website Administration.

Client’s Agreement

Before registering with Diamond Mining, the company strongly recommends to read the document below. It describes all the basic, binding on both parties rules, rights and obligations, as well as the conditions of the client's interaction with the investment project of the company "Diamond Mining". Register with the Diamond Mining project only if you accept without modification all of the provisions described below.

The Client - a person who fully agreed with the terms of the current agreement, timely registered on the site diamondmining.cc.

1. 1. The right to create an account within the framework of the investment project "Diamond Mining" has all individuals who do not fall into the following categories:

        1.1 Minors (in accordance with the laws of the country of residence);

        1.2 Persons found to be incapacitated on the basis of a medical report;

2. The responsibility for deciding to join the Diamond Mining project, for all of its actions within the project (compliance / non-compliance with rules, financial transactions, etc.) and their consequences lies entirely with the client.

3. Rights and obligations of the client of the Diamond Mining project:

        3.1 Each client of the project equally with other such clients has the right to use all the services provided to him by the Diamond Mining project: use a personal account on the project website, invest funds and receive income according to the terms of the investment plan, use bonuses of the referral program of the project, ask help from the project support team.

        3.2 The client has the right to create and manage accounts within the project. If the administration of the project establishes the fact that the client is managing several accounts connected with the referral program, all his accounts will be immediately blocked and the available funds will be transferred to the company as payment of moral harm.

        3.3 The client undertakes to ensure the complete confidentiality of any information received from the company administration.

        3.6 The client makes a decision independently on the choice of the investment plan, the amount invested in the project and realizes that any investment involves certain risks, and therefore will not make claims to Diamond Mining with any result.

        3.7 The client is recommended to access his account periodically during the period of the investment plan to monitor the security of his account. In case you find traces of unauthorized access to your account, financial transactions carried out without your knowledge, etc. immediately contact the company support service or directly to the administration.

        3.8 The client is obliged to comply with the established rules in full. In case of violation of any of the provisions of this document, the company "Diamond Mining" has the right to terminate cooperation with this client unilaterally.

4. Rights and duties of the administration of the company "Diamond Mining":

        4.1 The company "Diamond Mining" guarantees its customers the provision of all declared services, in full and in accordance with the specified conditions.

        4.2 The company "Diamond Mining" undertakes to ensure the efficiency of its investment project, provide consulting support to the project clients, timely resolve any technical problems that caused difficulties for the client to work with the project site.

        4.3 4.3 Diamond Mining Company guarantees its customers the maximum level of protection of their personal data and invested funds.

        4.4 The company "Diamond Mining" undertakes to ensure the complete confidentiality of personal information of the client obtained during registration, as well as for the entire period of participation of the client in the project.

        4.5 In case of detecting frauds on the part of the client (attempts to hack accounts of other clients, presenting himself as an employee of Diamond Mining to attract new clients through a referral program, etc.) or violating any of the points of this document, the Diamond Mining administration has full right to unilaterally terminate the provision of investment services to this client, to block his account (s) without the possibility of returning the available funds. In the event of any small violations on the part of the client or the occurrence of disputable situations, the administration has the right to block temporarily the client account. In the future, a company representative will contact him to resolve the situation.

        4.6 The administration of the Diamond Mining project has the right to change the content of this document at its own discretion without the prior consent of the project’s clients. Customers will be reported in private or on the project website about the planned changes. The client has the right not to accept innovations, but then he must inform the project support service or the administration directly. Cooperation with such a client will be terminated by mutual agreement.

        4.7 The company "Diamond Mining" has all the rights to the content and any information and materials posted on the project website. Any unlawful use of the company's personal information and intellectual property is subject to copyright law.

5. All conditions for making a profit (the period of the plan, the amount of the deposit, the percentage of profit, additional opportunities) are specified by the client in the content of the investment plan, which the client chooses independently.

6. In case of force majeure (any circumstances beyond the company's competence), the Diamond Mining project administration is relieved of the responsibility to its clients for failure to fulfill all the declared functions and services. The client does not have the right to file a claim and demand financial compensation from Diamond Mining if, due to these.

7. Conflict / controversial situations (not related to paragraph 4.5. of the present document) between the client and the administration of the “Diamond Mining” project should be resolved only through negotiations with the conclusion of a mutually beneficial agreement.
